4. Refund Request and Validation Process

5. Processing and Delivery of Refunds

If the refund request is approved after verification, the reversal will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. **Av Sales Online** reserves the right to fully invalidate and deactivate the product key associated with the refunded order.
